LEADERSHIP

Gretchen Palmer

Gretchen Palmer brings more than 20 years of professional experience spanning project management, operations, research, regulatory engagement, and organizational leadership across a wide range of industries and subject areas.

Her experience includes managing complex projects for clients ranging from growing organizations to Fortune 500 companies, including work involving international stakeholders. Working across varied industries has developed an ability to quickly understand unfamiliar subject matter, identify the people and information critical to success, and translate complex or evolving requirements into clear, actionable plans.

Gretchen has also held broad operational leadership responsibilities within an emerging, highly regulated industry, working across compliance, human resources, operations, sales, and investor relations. Her regulatory experience includes working directly with state agencies, participating in formal regulatory advisory processes, and contributing to meaningful changes in regulatory requirements.

Throughout her career, Gretchen has been most at home where the work requires both big-picture thinking and careful execution: researching unfamiliar questions, organizing complex information, coordinating diverse stakeholders, solving practical problems, and diligently carrying projects through completion.

She founded Rose Keystone to bring that multidisciplinary experience to organizations that need thoughtful, adaptable support and a clear path forward.
